Stephen Antram

Director & CEO
Stephen has a background in Accountancy and established his own accountancy practice in 1984. In 1987, having seen the connection and importance of strong financial planning and advice to support accountancy and tax planning, he set up and operated his own financial services arm, eventually making the firm into one of the FT Adviser top 100 firms in the UK.
He has also established his own discretionary fund management business in 2020 to ensure that the investment costs paid by clients can be more controlled as well as outcomes being focussed entirely on clients.
Using his unique knowledge of the corporate and personal financial services world, along with his accountancy background, he has helped many businesses and individuals plan and grow their wealth.
Tony Edwards
Chairman
Tony has a wealth of experience as a Mergers & Acquisitions lawyer, Managing Partner and Non-Executive Chairman.
From 2003 to 2012 he was a managing partner of Thomas Eggar LLP, leading the firm through a period of rapid expansion to become the leading firm in the South East.
Between 2003 & 2017 he also chaired Thesis Asset Management PLC, a fast growing investment management service provider for private clients, charities, pension funds, and trusts. With funds under management growing from £600m to £12 billion during his chairmanship, it ended with the successful sale of the company in 2017.
Tony is a qualified solicitor with a demonstrated history of working in the law practice industry. His skilled in Negotiation, Venture Capital, Management, Crisis Counselling, and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
He remains a senior partner in a Sussex law firm as well as a director and adviser to a Private Investment Office. He continues to be a supporter of independent financial services businesses as well as being Chairman for Westlain.
